Readiness before payment
We confirm authority, target URLs, source access and test conditions before you pay. If the target doesn't fit the profile, we quote or decline.
Retest terms
One targeted retest of named original findings, submitted together within 30 days of delivery. Target completion: five business days.
Refunds
If we can't start because the profile doesn't fit after payment, you get a full refund. Partial reviews disclose coverage gaps explicitly.
Validity
A readiness decision applies to the stated use and date. Retest doesn't extend it. Liquid issues no public site-secure seal.
